One of the UK's leading specialists in precast concrete products, JP Concrete, knew its website wasn’t delivering the digital experience its very specific customers demanded.
Knowthis completely overhauled the company's digital offering, refreshing the website and creating a superior customer journey, innovative technology and cutting edge creative to deliver a website that stand out from its competitors and delivers on conversions.
We began with an iterative discovery exercise and involved the team from the outset. This involved scrutinising the existing data and analytics, current customer journeys and defining real needs of a diverse customer base.
We gained a clear understanding of what customers and prospects wanted from JP Concrete and how they accessed that information online to make informed decisions and have confidence on placing significant orders. This resulted in developing new and innovative solutions to help the user get a feel for these huge concrete products.
Each sprint focused on wireframing, designing, delivering and testing new layouts and features. This iterative process allowed us to make any mistakes early and to gain better understanding of user behaviours and expectations throughout testing.
The JPC team allowed us to really explore a new creative look and feel that showcased products, enhanced user experience and strengthened the core brand. New content was written and photography was upgraded.
It took a while, a few agencies came and went, but I now feel we've finally found a creative agency that we can rely upon to deliver. Not just great creative ideas, but great advice, transparency and trustworthiness. A 24% increase in our growth speaks volumes.
